Minimum Length of Stay and Changeover Days
7-day minimum stay between Memorial Day and Labor Day with Saturday-only check-in/out.
28-day minimum stay in January and February.
3-day minimum stay during balance of the year with check-in/out any day.
Some special exclusions may apply typically during holidays or special events.
Taxes and Fees:
Each reservation includes a $125 Property and Cleaning Fee, an 7% South Carolina Sales and Use Tax, a 3% Town of Hilton Head Accommodations Tax, and a 3% Convenience Fee. The 3% Convenience Fee is waived if paying by check.
Security Deposit:
All bookings require a $300 refundable security deposit. The deposit will be refunded within 10 business days of departure provided there is no excess wear, damage or violation of house rules.
Rental Agreement:
Rental Agreement must be completed, signed and returned electronically at the time the reservation is made to guarantee reservation. Until the Rental Agreement is signed and returned, the reservation may be cancelled and released.
Payment:
A minimum of 50% of the total is due at the time of the reservation. The balance of the total plus the security deposit is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Once final payment is made, a "Welcome Letter" will be emailed to you containing codes for entry, wifi, and a map.
Cancellation:
100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 to 60 days before arrival date. Non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days before arrival date. All refunds will be net of the 3% convenience fee.
House Rules:
Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 10:00 a.m. Unapproved late check-outs may result in additional charges.
